By accessing or using the website concretegary.com (the "Site"), operated by Precision Gary Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Precision Gary Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Gary, IN and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, retaining walls, foundations, and related concrete work. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective customers to contact us for estimates and service inquiries.
Service availability is subject to our scheduling capacity and geographic service area. Submitting a form or contacting us through the Site does not guarantee the availability of services or a specific start date.
Any estimate we provide is based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract or work order before work begins.
Prices may change if site conditions differ from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at your request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (such as buried debris, unstable soil, or unmarked utilities). We will communicate any change in scope and cost before proceeding with additional work.
Project start dates are scheduled based on mutual availability, permit status, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather, permit delays, or other conditions outside our control.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to charges for costs already incurred, including materials, permits, and labor.
We reserve the right to discontinue work on a project if site access is denied, if payment obligations are not met, or if conditions arise that make safe completion of the work impossible.
Payment terms for each project are specified in the written contract or work order. We may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of contracting.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees as specified in the project contract. We reserve all legal remedies for collection of unpaid amounts, including liens on property where permitted by Indiana law.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if any, are provided in the written project contract. In the absence of a specific written warranty, the following applies:
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of information on the Site for any particular purpose.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking, surface variations, and weathering under normal conditions. Minor surface cracks, color variations, and surface texture differences are inherent characteristics of concrete, not defects in workmanship. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, extreme weather events, or conditions outside our control after project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Gary Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute arises between you and Precision Gary Concrete, we encourage you to contact us first at sales@concretegary.com so that we can try to resolve it directly.
If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Indiana, as agreed upon in the written project contract. Class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought in the courts located in Indiana.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site, indicated by an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
